Digital Products
Digital crochet patterns, planners, printables, and other downloadable products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. No physical product will be mailed for items identified as digital downloads.
Please review each product description carefully before purchasing to determine whether an item is digital or physical.
Physical Products
Ready-made crochet items, crochet kits, and other physical products will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on the item. The estimated processing time will be provided in the applicable product listing when appropriate.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Made-to-order and custom crochet items require additional time to create before they can be shipped. Estimated production and processing times will be provided in the product listing or communicated when the order is placed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and are estimates only. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
