Return & Refund Policy
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our crochet patterns, planners, printables, and other downloadable products, all digital product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. Each listing will clearly identify whether the item is a digital product or a finished physical item.
If you experience an issue accessing or downloading your purchase, receive an incorrect file, make an accidental duplicate purchase, or experience another problem with your order, please contact Sassy Queen Stitches. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
If a digital file is defective or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement, a refund may be issued when appropriate.
Ready-Made Crochet & Physical Items
We accept returns of eligible ready-made physical items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
To request a return, please contact Sassy Queen Stitches before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom-made, made-to-order, and personalized crochet items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or substantially different from what was ordered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Sassy Queen Stitches as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Kits & Bundles
Unused physical kits and bundles may be eligible for return under our physical-item return policy. Digital patterns, downloads, or other digital content included with a kit or bundle remain non-refundable once access has been provided.
